Ascend IUB is led by 8 Executive Board Members who promote the organization, delegate tasks to committees, collaborate with other Ascend chapters regionally, and coordinate with company representatives to bring valuable opportunities to members. Supporting them are 35 Directors who lead workshops and drive the execution of committee goals, ensuring the chapter runs smoothly and meets its objectives. Over 100 General Members actively engage in leadership development programs and participate in Ascend-hosted conferences, building their skills and expanding their professional networks within the Pan-Asian business community.

With 45+ student chapters and 22 professional chapters nationwide, we provide members with opportunities to form meaningful relationships through local events, social mixers, and mentorship programs.
